We photographed Encomo IR with a thermal imaging camera. Thanks to this, we can show how infrared works.

How do our heaters work?
Infrared emitters work by converting electricity into radiant heat. This is a feeling comparable to the gentle sun on your face, the warmth of a campfire or a tiled stove. The same form of heat is also emitted by your own body.
Innovative hybrid heating
The room is heated simultaneously in two ways - by friendly infrared radiation and by giving off accumulated heat through the faceplate. Thanks to this, the appropriate temperature is felt in the central part of the room, without the effect of condensation in the upper parts of the room.
There is no effect of overheating and discomfort so well known with classical heating.
7 Encomo IR 300 heaters consume as much electricity as 1 traditional electric oil radiator!
With our heaters you can heat up to 100 m², and with an oil radiator you can heat one room. This says it all.
20W / m²
The 20W power of the Encomo IR device is enough to heat 1 m² of a well-insulated building (200W/10 m²).
When determining the heated area, we assumed 20% power reserve of our devices....
Better results are obtained by using two radiators in one room.
In buildings that are less insulated, have a large window area or other factors that cause heat loss, a larger power reserve should be provided.
In our experience, for example, in the case of a pre-war brick building, one should assume 30W of Encomo IR device power to heat 1m²
Optimal
installation site
• installation at a height of approx. 75 - 150 cm from the floor (in the virtual belt between the hip and shoulder of an adult)
• close to functional places where we care about the highest thermal comfort
• in the central part, if only one device will work in the room
• opposite each other with an offset, if we install two devices in one room; this solution covers the area better and gives greater comfort
• avoid positioning opposite the window and door - the emitted energy will escape from the inside
• the radiator should be exposed - the radiation spreads like invisible light and it is best if it is absorbed evenly by objects at a greater distance
• can be hung horizontally (more dispersed) or vertically (cumulative effect in a given strip)
Installation instructions
Remember to install it correctly before starting the device.

The package includes elements to facilitate installation:
1. a template, i.e. device-sized cardboard with holes cut out to be drawn on the wall
2. Stickers for easy positioning and hanging
3. Diagram of connection to the electrical installation in the case of the version for hidden installation, i.e. to the electrical box located directly behind the radiator
In most cases, it is sufficient to fix with only the two upper handles. For walls in buildings that are many years old, damaged or with an unstable wall structure, it is recommended to install using 4 brackets (or 3 for Encomo 150 60x60 cm).
For installation, use high-quality wall plugs in the size of 8mm - 10mm. The type of dowel should be selected according to the material the wall is made of.
In the case of walls covered with plasterboard, it is recommended to use special plugs for installation in plasterboard.
